Cranberry Moss Nature Reserve

This nature reserve is about 1 mile from the town centre down the Crewe Rd. It also has a childrens playground.
There is an entrance on Coronation Avenue.

The nature reserve was formally opened by the Mayoress Katherine Heritage
on 30 May 1999.

 More recently the pond has been neglected and is now overgrown.
