New User Information Message Input A short message can be typed in directly. Longer messages can be copied and pasted into the box. It will accept about 5 pages of A4 text. Initial Publication The first message which is posted from a new email address will appear on the notice board within a day or so. A password and message number will be displayed which allow the new message to be replaced or deleted. After the first message appears on the notice board the poster can update or publish further messages without any time delay.
