There should be a cheap, fast and effective method to make complaints about treatment in NHS hospitals

Every patient should be given a feedback form to fill in at the end of their treatment.
(or a relative if they dont survive). Then the forms should be automatically published on the hospital website.
The present system of government inspectors going round with standard checklists is expensive and ineffective.
