There is a much more serious problem of traffic congestion in the centre of London.

It is easy to vote for a new road as long as it goes through somebody elses back garden. But the next road might go through YOUR back garden

The volume of traffic will increase with more noise and pollution. The new road will have just as much congestion as the existing road
16 Sep 04:   FOR
It will improve the flow of juggernauts
