Step 1:
Create a picture file approximately 600 pixels wide (or less) in jpg
format with the JPEG quality set to medium.
If you wish you can also create a small thumbnail file about 75-100
pixels wide.
The main picture must have the file extension .jpg and the thumbnail
must have the extension .jpe
eg. mypicture.jpg and mypicture.jpe
Step 2:
Click on the link at the top right hand corner of the message index
eg. 'NEW LETTER' if you are creating a letter. This will take you to
the file upload screen.
Step 3:
Input the caption and filenames, then press
'UPLOAD'
Only one main picture can be included in a message.
If you upload another main picture this will
replace the first one.
Step 4:
After uploading the pictures click on 'INPUT TEXT'. This will display
a set of boxes for the message text and other details. The main text
box will contain a pair of square brackets enclosing the caption.
This shows where the picture will appear within the message text.

to the left margin by inserting a special code [text]
This text will appear above the picture.
