This is a low cost alternative if you have wooden window frames and cant afford to have them replaced.
It saves money on heating bills and stops all the condensation.
The film is PVC. Transparency is much better than polythene.
It is fixed to the frame using double sided tape.
After gentle heating with a hair dryer all the wrinkles and creases will disappear.
