Crewe & Nantwich office of the Alzheimer's Society provides emotional support,information and practical advice to people with any type of dementia. We have a range of dementia cafes including one in Alsager, and activity groups available to give people the chance to socialise, meet others in the same situation and keep active. Please contact us for further information or if you are interested in attending one of the groups. We will provide as little or as much support as you need to live positively with dementia.
